Our Fresh Flower Distribution Guarantee:

We will refund or replace flowers if notified within 24 hours of receipt. Growers usually request photos so that they can determine the cause of the problem in order to correct future shipments. As a premium fresh flower distribution provider, we take great care to make sure your flowers are vibrant, highly aromatic and of the highest freshness when they arrive at your door step and if they are not, we’ll make it right.

Order Lead Time

Because the flowers are packed on the farm to your specification, and many of the farms are in South America, there is a 5 day order lead time. Please order by 4 PM on the order day.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority One with delivery in most areas by 10:30 AM. Freight is included in the price.

Orders over $500 can be shipped via commercial airline to your local airport depending on your location to save on the freight. Please call for details.

Minimum Order

We have two box sizes available for each item. There is a $30 surcharge on orders of less than 4 small boxes or two large boxes. This is due to additional freight for small shipments.

Prices

All prices include freight and all additional costs. There is nothing added to the invoice. Prices increase at the holidays and those prices will be available in advance. To be added to our weekly email list for price changes and seasonal specials, click here or call 800-733-6357.

Payment

All shipments are payable via major credit card, PayPal or faxed check prior to shipping. We will take payment information over the phone for your security and hold it on file if you request for future orders.

Service Area

We ship to the continental US plus Alaska and Hawaii. There may be a freight surcharge to Alaska and Hawaii depending on the source of the product.

Order Cancelation

Must be received within 24 hours of original order.

Custom Packing

In most cases we can custom pack specific colors but we cannot mix different types of flowers in one box. The small boxes are small enough for most florists.

Substitutions

Growers will substitute similar colors if a requested variety is not available at time of shipment unless the order requests no substitution. In that case, we will attempt to notify the customer of the need for a substitution. If we cannot reach the customer prior to shipping, we will omit that item from the order.

Delivery Requirements

There must be someone available at time of delivery to sign for the shipment.

Delivery will be by 10:30 AM in most areas. Rural locations could be later, please ask your salesman.

Indemnity and Local Law

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Freshflower.com, its affiliates and any of its officers, directors, agents or employees, from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses), brought by any third party alleging, arising, related or resulting from your use (or use by any third party using your account) of the Web Site in violation or breach of the any of our policies or terms.

Our liability to you for any damages arising from or associated in any way to our relationship with you will at all times be limited to the amount you paid to Freshflower.com for the applicable transaction giving rise to the liability.

The Terms and Conditions and any legal action against us shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Washington
